It All Begins Here

Exceptional care begins with exceptional people. At Oak Ridge Place Senior Living, our compassionate team is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming community where every resident feels valued, respected, and truly at home. We believe meaningful relationships, kindness, and personalized care are what make all the difference.

Our commitment to excellence starts with strong leadership. In 2024, Executive Director Amy Howard was honored with the Leader of the Year Award by Care Providers of Minnesota, recognizing her outstanding leadership, dedication to residents and staff, and commitment to fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence.

At Oak Ridge Place, we don't just provide care—we create a place where residents and families can feel confident they've found home.

At Oak Ridge Place, we’re redefining assisted living by putting connection, choice, and quality of life at the center of everything we do. As a locally owned community, we create spaces and experiences that empower residents to live fully, stay engaged, and feel a true sense of belonging—every day.

The History of OakRidge

Oak Ridge Place has been a part of the Stillwater area community for decades, with roots dating back to 1987 when the building was originally constructed as senior apartments. From the beginning, it was designed to provide a comfortable, welcoming place for older adults to call home.

In 2005, the community evolved to meet changing needs by introducing assisted living services therefore allowing residents to receive supportive care while maintaining independence and familiarity in their surroundings.

A new chapter began in 2018 when full ownership was assumed by one of the original owners, a local resident deeply connected to the community. While Integrity Senior Housing Management Inc. has long been involved in managing the building, this transition marked a renewed commitment to hands-on, locally driven leadership. Today, family members play an active role in day-to-day life at Oak Ridge Place, from organizing activities to creating warm, seasonal touches by helping foster the close-knit, home-like environment that defines our community.

That commitment to continuous improvement carried forward into 2025 with a series of major updates. The exterior of the building was fully refreshed with a new roof, windows, and siding, while key infrastructure and safety upgrades were completed inside including a new boiler system, enhanced emergency response pendants, and secure keyless entry for main entrances.

Today, Oak Ridge Place blends its long-standing presence in the community with ongoing improvements and a forward-thinking approach by creating a place where residents can feel secure, supported, and truly at home.
